Refund Policy

At Rating IT Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and educational services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund request. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of course enrollment.

  • The student has accessed less than 10% of the total course content.

  • The student provides a valid reason (e.g., technical issues, accidental payment, or course mismatch).

  • Offline class students must submit a request before the second class session.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If more than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed.

  • If the refund is requested after 7 days of enrollment.

  • If the user has violated our Terms and Conditions.

  • If the course was purchased at a discounted rate or part of a bundle/package.

  • For students who voluntarily drop out or fail to complete the course.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Email us at ratingitinfo@gmail.com or ratingitinistitute@gmail.com

  2. Include your full name, enrollment date, course name, and reason for the refund

  3. We will respond within 3 business days

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.


4. Special Cases

In special cases like:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment errors

  • Unresolvable technical issues

You are eligible for a full refund, provided the issue is reported within 72 hours of payment.


5. Course Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, students may request a course transfer (to a different course of equal or lesser value) within the same refund eligibility window.


6. Changes to This Policy

Rating IT Institute reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
